Hey Karen, I know what you mean..I was working out 4-5 times a week before because I wanted to look good for my summer trips and I was on a workout high and feeling great! Think we need find to that reason to workout again--- what is that goal? Takes 21 days to build a habit, so get over that hump and you should be on your way!

I was a workout addict a year ago. i stopped because I had a summer vacation at the tropical for 3 months and I was never able to get back in shape since then. How do I get back in working out again?
